Devil Head Cane
The Devil Head Cane is an artifact of unknown origins that was used by Cyprus Archer in an attack upon Saint Peters Basilica in early 1936. The cane was used by tapping it upon the ground in a rhythmic pattern. It is generally believed that the cane was used as a foci for some sort of mind control Thaumaturgy.
It was blindfolded and secured in a magical circle until such time as the cane’s purpose and abilities could be determined.
