Cardinal Janusz Terrano is a member of the Roman Catholic Curia at Vatican City in Rome. In 1936, he contacted Father Fletcher, about a mysterious attack upon Our Lady of Mercy Orphanage, by an unknown force that kidnapped 33 children and killed 9 sisters, including his biological sister who was the Headmaster there.
